This was my first online order with Elvi, and initially I was disappointed, because 2 out of 3 items I order were with obvious defects and had to be sent back. However, customer service was prompt in replying and sending me a replacement item and making a refund for another item.
I particularly like the female suits designs on Elvi, and they are generally good value for money as the quality is good (if items sent without defects!).
