The quality of Elvi clothing, in my experience, has always been faultless. Sizes tend to be true, garments are well made and everything is forgiving after a wash. It's easy to order off the website. Easy to navigate, clear instructions and good images. The only improvement that could be made, is it would be useful to have all the clothing modelled, with varying views. Having ordered from the website, orders come through promptly and are well packaged (to avoid any potential damage). On the rare occasion I have returned something, I have experienced no problems. The returns policy is clear, and refunds are usually prompt. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elvi in terms of product quality and service.
