Well, I haven't received my order yet because I did not realize it was sent via courier and mistakenly sent it to my house. it was with DHL, so I did attempt to pre-pay the duties/taxes and have them "redeliver" to my office address-- which is a nice thing about DHL. Except I couldn't because the shipper (Elvi!) disabled that option. So now my only option is to wait til January NINTH to have it delivered. That's the first day I'll actually be at home to receive a parcel. No DHL locations were open Saturday, except for one at the airport. Overall, just kind of a poor experience in that regard.
