I ordered a grey "boyfriend" coat in the sale. Nothing wrong with the ordering or delivery process, they were fine. But I was shocked by the poor and shoddy quality of the jacket. Horrible fabric, hang like a sack, and was totally unlined. I don't know what has happened to Elvi as years ago when I bought lots of items, the quality was excellent, but this was a disgrace.
