I bought a top before Christmas and when it arrived and I tried it on it fitted me as it did the model. It was lovely and I was very pleased. When I saw the great sale you had on I decided to buy items I had admired before Christmas but couldn’t stretch to financially. My parcel arrived quickly and I couldn’t wait to try on my new clothes. I checked and rechecked the size labels on all 4 items as absolutely none of them fit me. One item was huge and the other three were way too small. One of the dresses was modelled by the lady who modelled my “Christmas” top. The dress was meant to be very loose fitting and looked like a body con dress on me. I am giving 2 stars because of the great design, manufacture and quality of the ELVI clothes but I am very disappointed and annoyed at the absolute disparity in the same sized clothes from the one clothing house. I had no confidence in trying to exchange the clothes for different sizes as I wouldn’t have a clue what other sizes to even opt for. Finally, it cost £10 to have the clothes shipped to me and has cost the equivalent in euros to send them back. I sent them back the day after receipt. As you can see I’m really annoyed and disappointed. I was so excited at the prospect of getting some beautiful new pieces and couldn’t keep even one of them.
