I love my purchase, I've bought from Elvi several items previously and have always been pleased with my purchases. The only downside was the 'signed for' delivery by Royal Mail. No pre-arranged delivery slots offered so I missed both the original delivery & re-delivery. Ended up having to go to the sorting office to collect. There are some good delivery options out there it would be good to look at an alternative, more customer-focussed service.
