Quality of my purchase was excellent and customer service very helpful when I rang and asked for advice on sizing. My only complaint is that there are so few Elvi shops to look in! I recently travelled to Cheltenham only to find that one closed. I have no idea where my nearest shop is now. (I live in Plymouth and so miss your shop there).
I would like to visit the shop to have more confidence in choosing the correct sizing.
