I ordered two jackets. One arrived and was very nice, the delivery note stated that the other jacket was out of stock, even though when ordered online my order was accepted. This other jacket was for a wedding so I then had to go out to buy another jacket which was rather annoying. Both items were sale goods. Even so I am always pleased with the quality of Elvi goods. It's just a shame that the Elvi franchise shops are now very few and far between.
