I recently ordered some black trousers from elvi, but unfortunatly I did not like the material, so have returned the said item. No refund has yet been sent. It is a loss to me that your shop in the arcade cheltenham has closed as I do like to try the clothes on before purchasing them. I have shopped with your store since you first opened in cheltenham and have always been very happy with the clothes bought and the quality has always been excellent.
