Please do not order from this company. I spent over £200 here and I was so excited to try out their clothing as it looked amazing and i trusted their company with them being on ASOS. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel didn't arrive, I called up and got no apology, just was told they'd contact the courier. I waited over the weekend and called again because 3 days had gone by, that's not fair to leave a customer hanging. Again she said the courier hasn't replied. HOW can you not have constant contact with a courier as a successful ecommerce?!?!?! I waited another two days, after a week she told me it's not even been shipped which is absolutely ridiculous. It's a waste of time and I've not received a refund as of yet, or an apology. I can't believe it.
