The dresses were nice. But customer service is terrible.
I had to chase them for where my order was. Wasn’t shipped for dats and they took ages to reply. Then I sent one back and it’s been 2 weeks and no refund. I emailed them 3 days ago and no reply to that either.
It’s a shame as I would like to order more today as they’ve got 30% off. Bad customer service. Not good enough.
