One package I had returned to Elvi went missing. When I didn't get the expected refund I contacted Customer Services - they couldn't have been more helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening with an eventual good outcome for me in the form of a full refund, for which I was very grateful as I am on a restricted budget. I like Elvi clothes because they are good quality, a generous cut, and stylish for the fuller figure. Thanks Elvi!
