Ordering is very easy. Delivery was quick. I had one item to return and was delighted to find out that our co-op store just 2 miles away would return the parcel via collect+. This makes returns much easier if necessary.
I do not like having to return items but the 2 items I ordered were advertised as being 85 cms long. I wanted to wear them together but the sleeveless top was much longer than the blouse. This was a shame. Otherwise everything else was absolutely good.
