Sending items back was a nuisance - having to print off a form and then fill it in with duplicate information from the invoice. What if a person doesn't have a printer, and why write it all out again when you have all the information already? Life is very busy and my experience with Elvi compared to the ease of return with similar clothing outlets means I wont be shopping at Elvi again.
