This was my first order with Elvi. I found the website easy and was impressed by the delivery and the way everything was packed. In fact having done one order I did another a few days. I did have a query with sizing but this was sorted out by the helpful lady on your helpline. I have a lot of your clothes bought a long time ago in your shops and know they fitted me. My coats jackets etc have lasted well and still look good. I do not like shopping on line but with my experience of your clothes in the past and a wedding coming up I decided to take a gamble. I am glad that I did as the quality and fit is still there. Thank you.
