Elvi is a great company who I have bought from for many years. It's a shame there are so few shops now and none near me at all as it is best to try any clothes on, but they are very good with their refund policy. I'm not sure that the fabrics used are as good quality as in the past, but they're not so expensive either, so I imagine they are trying their best to steer a middle course. I've just bought 3 items - one I am very pleased with, a second that is OK for the price (it was the sale!) and a third that has had to go back because it would have fitted me twice over. If there is one thing I would ask the company to look at, it is the quality of the clothes. I know that companies think they always have to please the young, not middle-agers like me, but we want nice things too. Anne Hamflett
