Ordering and delivery of items were both timely and efficient. Unfortunately I had to return all the items as the arms were far too long......then that's when I became unhappy. As I live on the Isle of Man the cost of returning the items was £5.60 and this became down to me as there is no free courier service. I am not sure this is clear enough on Elvis website and so in total postage has cost me over £10. Feel unhappy about this and a bit aggrieved if I am being honest.
