The website was fairly easy to navigate, order and pay. The order arrived quickly, I had ordered 3 pairs of trousers, these were of good quality, well made but unfortunately did not fit. I did think that the style was a little dated and I do prefer a bootcut or wide leg shape to the straight leg or skinny that is fashionable at the moment and certainly do not flatter the larger lady. Return was easy with the Collect+ free return label and a carrier that I use on a private basis as one of my first choices.
