The ordering and delivery system is fine. The products I compared to the Elvi products when there were stores on the high street. The quality of the clothing I ordered did not reach the standard of the original Elvi clothing, so I was very disappointed.
I returned all the items on the same day they were delivered and have still not had a refund.
I will not be using this company again. It is increasingly difficult to buy good quality clothing. I ordered clothing from Next and returned on the same day, I have been refunded already. Not good Elvi.
