Found the website easy and convenient to use, but costly. The skirt I ordered was lovely, but was far too long, even wearing heels the skirt dragged a good inch on the floor so I had to return it. I would happily have used Elvi website again, but the fact that you charge delivery for returning an item has lost you my custom.
