I have been shopping with Elvi for number of year now, going back to when you had a store in Darlington, which I do still miss. Elvi style and design has changed over the years and there is not as much in your range that appeals to me as in previous years, however there are a few select items. In my last shop, the items are easy to find on line well described and the whole process was quick and simple. Goods have now arrived which were all as described and of good quality. One top will be returned as the colour is a little stronger than I had imagined. Will continue to shop at Elvi
