I have renewed my subscription for a yearly plan now and have been utilizing the services for about seven months, and I have not had any problems with them. Their service is world-class, and even if the manual that I want isn't available (rare case), they go out of their way to procure it. Their service has met my complete satisfaction. Giving them 5 out of 5.
