Nice environment and very quickly checked in for my prearranged appointment at 3pm. Customers are given free coffee or tea.
Was then kept waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation and despite saying that I had been waiting a long time, nothing was resolved before I was actually walking out the door. At this point a manager was found and the car test driven at 3:45pm.
They had experienced delays with their computer systems which I understand. Good communication with customers.
The vehicle purchased appears very reasonably priced and of good quality.
