Absolutely fantastic customer service, I thought nothing was going to be possible but Nathan gave me confidence and ensured that he kept me updated throughout, I then went to collect the car - after an hour I was sorted with a new BMW. I was happy, the staff were very engaging and supportive - I would recommend to anyone!
