Nathan was very informative about the vehicle we were buying and the finance packages, test drive went smooth, overall great service and Nathan has strong interpersonal skills as well as car sales!! My only constructive bit of feedback is we were booked on an 11:00am appointment but were left waiting 30min, EMC Car Sales needs to work on their appointment booking process.
