Do not even in an emergency use this company, an agreement for the total cast was made for £2000 00 before work started, l have just received an invoice for £2135 00 On The day that the work was to be started no one came or the next day, eventually a workman arrived at 8pm in the evening, of day three, disappeared until late afternoon the next day, it took 8 days to complete this job. After contacting the firm many times l was eventually able to talk with the owner, he was very apologetic for the very poor service l had received, and offered as a good will to not charge me for the cost of the investigation the firm is now refusing to honour the offer as it was not in writing
