These guys are a bunch of liars. Please don't give away your money to them. Promises of guaranteed rent are a total lie. And when the project you've invested in goes under (they all seem to...) then you're suddenly left with nothing and nobody to turn to for help.
The returns they're offering seem too good to be true? They are!
