Within 24 hours I asked for a refund stating I would not be using. Instead of receiving a prompt refund I was asked why. I purchased two files. One didn't work and the other wasn't useful. Product descriptions were not helpful. Owner has changed refund policy a few times and is putting responsibility with buyer. There are free templates at vertex42.com that I would review first before committing any money here.
