Sam was simply brilliant from placing the order until after it was delivered. There was a shipping delay out of her control, but she kept me informed and when I decided rather than wait longer ,when she was told about a further delay to the shipment arriving in the UK to change my order for another model already in the country, she sorted it out brilliantly and it was delivered within 48 hours. It’s better than the one I originally chose, fits perfectly in the space. Sam emailed me the day after it had been delivered to check it had arrived, how’s that for customer service! I cannot recommend them and her highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would .
