I bought this recently to use in the mornings to keep check on my pre-diabetes...simple to use and very impressed with what I have for the cost of it.
Full instructions included. Just be careful of disposal. I use my mother-in-law's yellow tubs to dispose as she is a full diabetic...if you have nowhere to put them, wrap them in plenty of foil and seek advice from your council.
