Ordered an engine. Eventually arrived 4 weeks late. Told it had leaked oil so carrier would not deliver. Engine fitted by local garage. Original engine picked up. Exchange engine ran perfectly for 100 miles then stopped. Inspected by garage that fitted it who found shell bearings had failed. Three emails requesting refund plus cost of fitting the engine. No response to any of them despite the last one saying would take action in the Small Claims Court. Have now completed the paperwork and instituted proceedings in the SMC.
