Absolutely Shocking customer service. Placed an order for warm white bulbs via the website, All bulbs in stock according to the website. waited till the day before delivery to tell me that there was a mistake and they only have cool white bulbs in stock. I said OK i will have those instead. I asked if they would send them for next-day delivery as I required the bulbs urgently. Yes of course we can send them next day for an additional £12. Its not my fault you advertised an item for sale that you don't have, Its not my fault you waited for a week to inform me and its no right that I should have to pay an additional £12 to get the item at the time originally specified. When I asked these questions, they promptly canceled my order, refunded my money, Wasted a week of my time waiting for the item. Absolutley disgusted with you. A proper explanation would've been decent courtesy.
