I ordered 2 fluorescent bulbs earlier this month but unfortunately when I opened the package both bulbs were broken.I rang your customer service and the nice lady that I spoke to said she would send replacements and these were received the following day.When I unpacked them one bulb was O.K but the other bulb was broken.
