The website listed the product in stock—it was the only place I could find this type of product readily available, so I jumped on the opportunity to get what I needed quick. Turns out the product wasn’t in stock and it took weeks before a sales person reached out to offer a replacement. The “in stock” feature should be removed from the website if you can’t guarantee it’s actually in stock.
