My PayPal was used without my consent to purchase what appears to be a trial through EpicVin. I was then charged for a subscription. I called the 800 number and the representative was extraordinarily unhelpful. I have disputed this through PayPal, but I also have collected a comprehensive list of the names and info for each member of the EpicVin team. Every single staff member will be hearing from me repeatedly until I receive a refund. Every single one. This company has a reputation for being a scam, for tricking people out of their money, and for refusing to assist customers with refunds. I will be happy to begin circulating information on every staff member of this company so that others who have been cheated can take further action.
