I purchased a car report for $1, unaware that this would automatically enroll me in a monthly membership costing $49.99. At the time of payment, there was no clear notification about this automatic renewal. To my surprise, I was charged $49.99 this morning without any prior email notification or reminder, even though the 3-day trial period I initially signed up for had not yet ended. I immediately contacted your support team to request a refund, but was informed that I could only receive an EpicVin credit, which I find unacceptable.
