Like the others here this company takes your money and will not refund when you ask for it. They may have useful information for someone but not me. The report that they sent was something that I did not want and never looked at it. They have polite support people but they just not want to refund for something you did not want. It just appears to be that this company is not reputable in their business practices. As I write this I see it asks if was easy to get a refund NO you will not!
