A quick Reddit search will reveal how many customers feel about this company- most were legally robbed, forced into a contract they weren’t aware they entered and charged $49.99 without their knowledge. No refunds ever from this company, even if you cancel the same day you were charged and never use their service! Never pay with PayPal or you will never get your money back! You have a chance to dispute the charge if you use a credit card. Company is based on lies, customer service is awful, car reports useless and incorrect. There are other services that provide car reports that are correct and much cheaper. They are transparent and will refund you if there’s an issue! Epicvin had hundreds of BBB complaints as well- check for yourselves!
