I had a terrible experience with the EpicVIN website. I paid for a vehicle history report, but the information they provided was incomplete, outdated, and in many areas totally wrong. When I tried to contact their support for help, they either ignored my messages or gave generic responses that didn’t solve anything.
It felt like they just took my money without delivering what was promised. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using EpicVIN to be very careful — in my opinion, it's not a trustworthy service and a waste of money
