I contacted their support immediately and explained that this was a mistake. I never intended to subscribe for a year and haven’t used their service since. Their response? A copy-paste message blaming “terms and conditions”, ignoring the fact that their cancellation flow is manipulative and unclear. This is unethical, misleading, and feels like a trap.
