Absolutely terrible experience with EpicVIN. I signed up for their trial and canceled within the trial period, but they still charged me anyway. When I contacted their support, they acted like I had never canceled, even though I know I did. They also advertise their service as offering “unlimited” reports, which is completely misleading—it’s not unlimited at all. It’s a bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, I reached out to them on Facebook for help, and they just left me hanging—no response, no support, nothing. Terrible customer service and dishonest business practices. Avoid EpicVIN. There are much better and more honest alternatives out there.
