Scaaaaaam can't withdraw. Without any reason. Even my kyc is complete and full and I only deposit from binance to equaledge. Really scaaaam. Don't use. Live chat support is bad and everything in equaledge is bad.
Don't use this platform for the last time, but talk or report them to FOSTERBOON.ORG if you've also been scammed by them.
It was FOSTERBOON.ORG company that helped me with my withdrawal.
