I am very happy with the bit but I am still waiting to hear from you for a determination on the first bit I bought that arrived but the bit was not in the package. As I stated before it appears as if the envelope that it was shipped in was opened and it was repackaged in a box by Fedex. I was told on July 25th that you put in a claim. I have not heard anything back yet from you. Please let me know or reach out if you need any additional information. Below is the information from the claim that I put in.
