Ordered stable boots which turned out to be too big. As needed in a rush I returned these and ordered smaller size same day. Within two days I had notification of refund for the first boots AND the new smaller sized boots were delivered to my address. Can't get better service than that in my opinion. New boots fit perfectly and impressed with excellent service. Will buy again!
