Initially the wrong shower tray was delivered but this was quickly rectified. Unfortunately the waste that was sold alongside the tray did not fit (too small) and this was only discovered on installation so an alternative needed to be quickly sought. It took quite a lot of communication to get the item refunded but I believe this was the fault of the distributor rather than Ergonomic Designs who were me trying their best to sort it.
