Shower tray delivered using next day service. Unfortunately it was damaged so I had to contact them to arrange a replacement. The plumber was already half way through the job and needed the tray to continue. Thankfully ED arranged a replacement to be delivered the following day. Sure enough it turned up and the lovely delivery guy took the damaged one away with him. He was also patient enough to wait a few minutes whilst the plumber checked the new tray for damage. The only thing missing from the whole experience was an apology for the inconvenience of being sent a damaged tray. However as they dealt with the issue so well, a 5 star review is still fully justified. Thank you ED!
