Costume was not supplied with all the accessories described. I ordered 2 different sizes and when I tried to return one, it was incredibly difficult to obtain the correct return address and the return section of the website seems to be permanently down. I was also only refunded the current price, not the original price I paid despite returning it unworn and within the statutory cool off period - this is in breach of consumer regulations. Not very happy.
