Costume I had ordered arrived on a Tuesday. On opening I discovered that the hat was missing. I rang Escapade immediately and explained the situation. Girl on the other end of the telephone apologised and said she would arrange for it to be sent. It arrived with me on Friday morning. I was originally annoyed that the order had been short-shipped but customer service dealt with it efficiently and effectively. I am also very pleased with the costume. Thank you.
