When my order arrived, out if the 6 things i ordered, 3 were doubled up! So i was charged twice for 3 of the items, and I received 2 of them, which i had to return at my cost! I rang to speak to someone as the website said the lines were open until 7pm, after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes i was cut off, when i called back the message said that the offices were now closed as it was after 5.30pm.
I can imagine it may have been my error to accidentally click on one item twice and order one item twice, but not 3 separate items.
