I purchased a costume and the delivery was really quick. On arrival it was very well packaged, however there was a fault in the costume. I contacted customer services and they responded very quickly and arranged a replacement to be sent.
It was again delivered really quickly and well packaged.
I can’t fault the service from Escapade at all, first class and will be a returning customer
